Description

  • Lead the Gaming, Platform, and Publishing Analytics function and own its roadmap and execution.
  • Partner with Staff-level ICs and cross-functional leaders to shape the team’s vision and priorities.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into analysis opportunities and actionable recommendations.
  • Manage the primary stakeholder interface, including expectations and delivery across high-impact analytics projects.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team of product analysts, business analysts, and analytics engineers.
  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering to define scalable analytics frameworks and technical foundations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the broader Data organization on data infrastructure and governance, including tracking plans, pipelines, and source integrations.
  • Champion best practices in experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytical methodologies, tools, and frameworks.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years focused on mobile games.
  • Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity, complex dependencies, and multiple workstreams.
  • Proven experience building and scaling analytics functions that impact business growth and performance.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker.
  • Ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results.
  • Experience managing and supporting analysts and building a high-performance team culture.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of how analytics supports player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
