Description

  • Own the full redesign of the Daos Hub website from discovery through launch.
  • Define the website’s information architecture, UX flows, and customer journeys.
  • Translate Web3 concepts, community activities, and events into clear digital experiences.
  • Design high-fidelity, responsive, accessible interfaces aligned with the Daos Hub brand.
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system covering components, typography, grids, and interaction rules.
  • Develop and launch website pages using Framer or Webflow, with attention to performance and scalability.
  • Implement micro-interactions, animations, and transitions to improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, SMM, Production, Design, and Leadership teams to optimize conversion and funnel performance.
  • Set up analytics tracking and iterate designs using behavioral data, A/B tests, and performance metrics.
  • Support the upcoming Design Service through landing pages, UX flows, narrative structure, and campaign experiences.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional design experience.
  • Strong UI design skills, including visual composition, typography, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of marketing-driven websites, customer journeys, sales funnels, and business-oriented page structure.
  • Strong UX thinking, including user flows and core user experience principles.
  • Experience with Framer or Webflow; strong knowledge of at least one is preferred.
  • UX/CX courses or certifications, such as Nielsen Norman Group or e-commerce programs, are preferred.
  • Experience designing web applications is preferred.
  • Experience with Web3 or blockchain projects is preferred.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently and deliver high-quality work with minimal oversight.
