Description

  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly financial review processes.
  • Conduct monthly CapEx forecast reviews with technology stakeholders.
  • Analyze actual spending against budgets and forecasts to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
  • Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
  • Monitor CapEx, OpEx, project budgets, and resource utilization.
  • Support financial governance, including funding approvals, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking.
  • Develop financial models and perform ad hoc financial analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, networking, and career development initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
  • Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting Technology, Digital, or IT organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience with financial systems, reporting platforms, technology finance, CapEx/OpEx management, or financial governance preferred.
  • Must be available as a direct W2 candidate; sponsorship is not available.
