Description

  • Own intake and triage for Central Security budget and vendor requests.
  • Track budgets through reconciliation, accruals, forecasting, utilization reporting, and financial tracker maintenance.
  • Coordinate procurement and vendor operations, including purchase requests, purchase orders, invoicing, accruals, and onboarding.
  • Manage vendor contract lifecycles, renewal calendars, 90-day renewal alerts, and portfolio status tracking.
  • Develop operational reports and dashboards covering budget health, utilization, portfolio status, and significant changes.
  • Lead vendor onboarding, quality reviews, issue remediation, and recurring vendor communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal practice meetings, thought leadership, case studies, learning materials, networking events, and practice-development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a relevant field required.
  • DSS-4 clearance required.
  • Experience managing vendor contracts or procurement operations, preferably in security or IT vendor management.
  • Experience supporting a vendor spend portfolio of $10M or more.
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Tableau, including formulas, budget tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes, including PR/PO processing, invoicing, and accruals.
  • Experience managing intake or ticketing workflows and multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Strong written communication skills and experience preparing operational reports and stakeholder communications.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience supporting security, cybersecurity, or detective-response programs; enterprise financial, procurement, or contract-management systems; or complex technology environments is preferred.
  • Experience improving operational processes, reporting frameworks, or budget-management workflows is preferred.
  • FP&A certification is preferred.
  • Must be available as a direct W2 employee; sponsorship is not available.
