Description

  • Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for hardware, software, operating system, productivity tool, and internal application issues.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning and device setup.
  • Maintain and monitor company systems, endpoints, and IT infrastructure.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems.
  • Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Maintain asset inventory and device lifecycle records, including repairs, replacements, and warranty coordination.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including routers, switches, VPNs, and Wi-Fi.
  • Follow and help enforce IT security policies, endpoint security, encryption, and access management practices.
  • Document systems, processes, troubleshooting steps, and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
  • Support IT projects such as system implementations, upgrades, and office expansions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external IT providers as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–5 years of IT support or systems administration experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows and/or macOS environments.
  • Experience with user management tools such as Active Directory, Google Workspace, or Microsoft 365.
  • Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Intune, Jamf, or similar (preferred).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (preferred).
  • Experience with IT ticketing systems such as Jira, Zendesk, or ServiceNow (preferred).
  • IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ (preferred).
