Description

  • Source creators across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok whose audiences align with Springboard’s target buyers.
  • Evaluate creators using engagement quality, audience demographics, sponsored content history, view-to-subscriber ratios, and comment sentiment.
  • Run personalized outreach at scale and manage follow-up cadences to secure creator responses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators and their managers throughout the partnership process.
  • Negotiate flat-fee, affiliate, and hybrid deal structures that align with enrollment outcomes and target CPAs.
  • Set up partnership tracking infrastructure, including UTM links, coupon codes, and influencer-specific landing pages.
  • Coordinate creator messaging, review drafts or scripts for accuracy and brand alignment, and manage campaign timelines.
  • Monitor partnership performance, flag underperformers early, and identify creators worth re-booking.
  • Surface actionable recommendations based on campaign results and partner performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with direct sourcing, outreach, and negotiation experience.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. creator landscape across YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok.
  • Comfort working in a part-time, remote, async environment and self-managing 20 hours per week.
  • Availability for 4 hours/day, 5 days/week, with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time during U.S. business hours.
  • Experience in education, edtech, bootcamps, healthcare, or another high-ticket product environment (strongly preferred).
  • Track record of driving measurable enrollments, sign-ups, or purchases through creator relationships (strongly preferred).
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, outreach, or repetitive tasks (strongly preferred).
  • Ability to quickly assess whether a creator is worth pursuing and what type of offer would make sense.
  • Understanding that creator audiences, content formats, and sponsorship economics differ by platform and product type.
