Description

  • Source creators on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok whose audiences align with Springboard’s buyer profiles.
  • Evaluate creators using audience quality, engagement, sponsorship history, demographics, and comment sentiment.
  • Write personalized outreach and manage follow-up cadences to secure creator responses.
  • Build relationships with creators and managers and negotiate deal structures that fit target CPAs.
  • Structure partnerships using flat-fee, affiliate, or hybrid compensation models tied to enrollment outcomes.
  • Set up tracking infrastructure including UTM links, coupon codes, and influencer-specific landing pages.
  • Coordinate messaging, review content drafts or scripts, and manage approvals and timelines.
  • Monitor partnership performance, flag underperformers early, and identify creators worth re-booking.
  • Bring recommendations on what is working, what is not, and how to improve campaign results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on influencer marketing experience with direct sourcing, outreach, and negotiation responsibilities.
  • Experience personally getting creators to respond, negotiating rates, and closing deals.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. creator landscape across YouTube, Instagram, and/or TikTok.
  • Understanding of how different platforms vary in audience intent, content formats, and sponsorship economics.
  • Comfort working in a part-time, remote, async environment with strong self-management.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week with 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.
  • Availability during U.S. business hours with at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific time.
  • Preferred experience in education, edtech, bootcamps, healthcare, or other high-ticket products.
  • Preferred track record of creator relationships that drove measurable enrollments, sign-ups, or purchases.
  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, outreach, or repetitive tasks.
