Description

  • Develop and evolve components for conversational agents using Python and AI services.
  • Implement and optimize prompts, tools, and conversational flows.
  • Integrate agents with APIs, internal services, and multiple communication channels.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.
  • Analyze agent behavior through testing, metrics, validations, and user feedback.
  • Continuously improve generative AI solutions through experimentation and iterative adjustments.
  • Document components, technical decisions, and development best practices.
  • Support the configuration and integration of Azure services according to established guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience developing software or automations.
  • Experience using Python for applications, scripts, or integrations.
  • Experience consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience handling JSON structures and information processing.
  • Experience using Git as a version control system.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, debugging, and programming best practices.
  • Understanding of large language model (LLM) fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversation design.
  • General understanding of how to integrate AI models into applications.
  • Interest in building business solutions using generative AI.
  • Experience developing virtual assistants, chatbots, or AI agents (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure Functions, or App Services (preferred).
  • Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or similar technologies (preferred).
  • Participation in personal, freelance, open source, or academic projects related to AI or automation (preferred).
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Curiosity about technology and continuous learning.
  • Clear communication with technical and business profiles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proactivity and results orientation.
  • Attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • No experience developing machine learning models from scratch is required; the role focuses on implementation, integration, and evolution of generative AI solutions.
