Description

  • Design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ and related platforms.
  • Support and enhance an existing identity and access management implementation within a cybersecurity team.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise systems such as Azure AD, SAP, APIs, and other applications.
  • Automate identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and certifications.
  • Ensure compliance with IAM policies, RBAC models, and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to align IAM activities with business objectives.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to identity and access management.
  • Contribute to risk mitigation efforts and help maintain system stability and security.
  • Support process optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in IAM or cybersecurity roles for mid-level candidates, or 5+ years of experience in IAM for senior candidates.
  • Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (mandatory).
  • SailPoint Identity Security Cloud experience is a plus.
  • Java development experience for customization and integrations.
  • Experience with APIs and system integrations.
  • Knowledge of CyberArk is a plus.
  • Experience with Azure Active Directory and SAP integrations.
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, governance, RBAC, and audit/compliance frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Availability to work with distributed teams and aligned time zones.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise environments is highly preferred.
