Description

  • Design, build, and deploy autonomous AI agents in Python for production systems.
  • Translate business problems into reliable AI-driven decision systems.
  • Integrate machine learning models into backend workflows and production systems.
  • Build structured agent workflows that interact with internal APIs and distributed systems.
  • Work in an AI-assisted development environment using Claude and OpenAI.
  • Validate, review, and refine AI-generated code to ensure reliability and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with U.S. clients and internal teams on technical discussions and project execution.
  • Own the architecture and production readiness of real-world AI systems.

Requirements

  • Strong Python skills with real experience shipping systems to production.
  • Proven experience building and deploying AI agents or autonomous decision systems, not just prototypes.
  • Experience integrating ML models into backend systems.
  • Knowledge of classical machine learning concepts.
  • Comfort working with scikit-learn models integrated into production systems.
  • Experience using LLMs as coding collaborators in an AI-assisted development workflow.
  • Ability to review, correct, and productionize AI-generated code.
  • Advanced English level (C1 or higher) required.
  • Comfort working directly with U.S. clients in meetings and technical discussions.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
