Description

  • Research and understand user needs through interviews, testing, and feedback analysis.
  • Design complete user flows, information architecture, and end-to-end experiences.
  • Create functional, accessible, user-centered interfaces.
  • Propose design solutions and justify decisions with clear reasoning.
  • Work with design systems and reusable components.
  • Collaborate closely with product and development teams on key decisions.
  • Build high-fidelity functional prototypes in Figma.
  • Iterate solutions based on data, metrics, and continuous feedback.
  • Participate in validating solutions with users and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital product design (UX/UI).
  • Senior or semi-senior level profile.
  • Strong experience with Figma, including prototyping, components, and design systems.
  • Knowledge of user experience (UX), user interface (UI), information architecture, and flow design.
  • Experience with accessibility and usability principles.
  • Experience using research methods such as interviews and testing.
  • Critical thinking and a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to communicate and defend design decisions effectively.
  • Experience working collaboratively with technical and business teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, UX, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience with product metrics preferred.
  • UX writing skills preferred.
  • Experience contributing to product definition, not only execution, preferred.
  • Advanced English preferred.
  • Based in Mexico and able to work remotely from any state.
