Description

  • Administer and maintain enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, and other internal platforms.
  • Provide day-to-day user support, troubleshoot application issues, and respond to incident tickets and service requests.
  • Support integration workflows by resolving data flow issues and coordinating with integration teams.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, process workflows, and user guides.
  • Perform data imports, exports, and ongoing data maintenance to preserve data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
  • Support testing, upgrades, and deployments for application enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers, developers, IT teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to deliver application improvements.
  • Assist with incident resolution by providing updates, following up with relevant parties, and driving issues to closure.
  • Evaluate upstream and downstream impacts of changes with an enterprise systems mindset.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise application support or administrator role.
  • Experience working with business systems such as NetSuite, Jira, Confluence, Slack, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications and system administration.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools such as PowerShell or JavaScript.
  • Experience with integration tools such as Azure Functions or Data Factory.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience administering multiple enterprise applications simultaneously, preferred.
  • Basic understanding of data flows, data integrations, and integration troubleshooting, preferred.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira, preferred.
  • Knowledge of IT best practices related to security, data management, and system performance, preferred.

  • Base salary range of $72,500 to $85,500 CAD.
