Description

  • Monitor, respond to, and triage customer questions across social media channels.
  • Identify key internal and external community contributors to develop engagement programs.
  • Lead project tasks to completion according to defined timelines.
  • Use business tools and data to assess community health and recommend actions to improve engagement.
  • Evaluate and contribute to the design of customer journey map-informed community experiences.
  • Develop learning resources across community-managed spaces.
  • Create and maintain documentation and content for Community, Learning Center, and related channels.
  • Respond to and triage knowledge requests through Community inboxes and Slack channels.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to support customers, account teams, and changing business needs.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of prior experience in a customer service capacity.
  • Experience working on large-scale project teams with multiple stakeholders to drive new and existing initiatives.
  • Experience with community platforms and social media communications for a large organization.
  • Prior experience with course creation in Brightspace is an asset.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, Salesforce, and Twitter is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills.
  • Strong writing, interpersonal, project management, and process implementation skills.
  • Ability to engage internal and external stakeholders through verbal, written, video, and graphic communication.
  • Ability to deliver online and in-person presentations.
  • Experience with data analysis, user experience design, and knowledge management is preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $54,000–$67,000 CAD.
