Description

  • Turn briefed puzzles into finished on-theme question and answer slides.
  • Generate source imagery with AI tools and refine the results into production-ready visuals.
  • Composite, retouch, and lay out final artwork in Adobe tools, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Build animated question slides in After Effects for more complex puzzles.
  • Export final assets in the required formats, including AVIF and MP4.
  • Adapt artwork to a wide range of visual themes and styles from one puzzle set to the next.
  • Review briefs and puzzle content for issues, and flag or resolve problems before release.
  • Work end to end on assigned artwork with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Senior-level design experience with strong independent design judgment.
  • Deep command of Photoshop and Illustrator, with confident After Effects skills for motion work.
  • Ability to work within the Adobe suite so files transfer cleanly and remain editable.
  • Genuine stylistic range across very different aesthetics, including illustrated, photoreal, and retro-game styles.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation and refining output to professional standards.
  • Strong written English for clear puzzle descriptions, answer-slide explanations, and feedback.
  • Self-managing, deadline-driven, and able to work with minimal oversight.
  • Ability to spot issues in briefs and puzzles and either solve them or communicate them clearly.

Benefits

  • Salary of Php 80,000 - 100,000 per month.
  • Working New Zealand hours.
  • Public holidays observed in New Zealand.
