Description

  • Produce high-quality design content for web, social media, paid media, EDMs, and in-store visual merchandising.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to translate creative briefs into campaign assets across multiple platforms.
  • Develop fresh creative concepts to support retail marketing and promotional activity.
  • Manage your own workflow and deadlines while balancing multiple campaigns.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and ensure design output is accurate and on-brand.
  • Contribute in a fast-paced, collaborative retail environment.
  • Support visual communication across fashion, footwear, and accessories marketing channels.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional design experience, ideally in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Strong problem-solving ability.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Preferably a BSc degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Motion graphics experience is a bonus.
  • Organic and paid video editing experience is a bonus.
  • Availability to work a skeleton roster during the Christmas/New Year period.

Benefits

  • Salary of $2,100–$2,800 NZD per month.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 7:30am to 4:30pm NZST.
