Description

Build, manage, and optimize ActiveCampaign CRM automations and workflows.
Create and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead-nurturing sequences.
Segment customer databases and develop automated customer journeys.
Analyze and improve marketing funnels to increase engagement and conversions.
Design and manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creative, and spend to improve ROI.
Create premium digital assets, short-form videos, and conversion-focused marketing copy.
Schedule, publish, and manage content across social media channels.
Produce weekly marketing and lead generation reports for leadership.
Collaborate with the Company Director on long-term marketing strategy and execution.

Requirements

Proven hands-on experience building and managing automations in ActiveCampaign.
Demonstrated experience managing paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
Strong graphic design skills using Canva and video editing experience with CapCut.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer journeys, and lead-generation frameworks.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience in residential construction, architecture, luxury design, or real estate is preferred.
Familiarity with SEO practices and WordPress website management is preferred.
Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads campaigns is preferred.
Advanced ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve marketing output and efficiency is preferred.
