Description

  • Manage recruitment activities independently from sourcing through candidate coordination.
  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
  • Partner with UK-based clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment processes.
  • Manage multiple vacancies across different functions and industries.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial assessments.
  • Maintain timely communication with candidates and clients.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably supporting UK-based clients.
  • Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
  • Generalist recruitment experience across multiple roles or industries.
  • Excellent sourcing and candidate identification skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to UK clients’ recruitment processes.
