Description

  • Publish and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Maintain organized weekly and monthly content calendars and ensure consistent publishing.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and other audience interactions across platforms.
  • Engage actively during the first hour after content is published to boost performance.
  • Write platform-specific captions and post copy that maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Develop and refine organic growth strategies to increase reach, engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
  • Monitor content performance, review engagement metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current with platform algorithm updates, emerging trends, and viral content formats.
  • Manage campaign schedules, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, content, and leadership teams on upcoming campaigns and content alignment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or Organic Growth Specialist.
  • Experience managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated success growing social channels organically.
  • Strong copywriting and caption-writing abilities.
  • Experience with community management, audience engagement, content scheduling, and social media analytics.
  • Strong understanding of platform algorithms, viral content trends, and engagement optimization.
  • Experience using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social, or similar scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, real-time environments.
  • Experience working with content creators, media brands, SaaS companies, or consumer brands (nice to have).
  • Basic experience using Canva, video editing tools, or social media reporting dashboards (nice to have).
  • Understanding of short-form video trends, audience psychology, and creator-led growth (nice to have).
