Description

  • Manage NSW conveyancing files from initial instruction through post-settlement completion.
  • Communicate with clients about transaction progress, outstanding requirements, and timelines.
  • Obtain and organise client documentation and instructions for review by supervising practitioners.
  • Prepare and review contracts for sale, conveyancing documentation, and standard correspondence under supervision.
  • Identify and escalate issues related to title, zoning, easements, covenants, restrictions, and other risks.
  • Conduct and manage property searches, review results, and coordinate outstanding due diligence documentation.
  • Assist with residential sales and purchases, transfers, refinancing, off-the-plan transactions, subdivisions, leasing matters, and related party transfers.
  • Prepare settlement figures, rate adjustments, and settlement packs for review and execution.
  • Support electronic conveyancing in PEXA and Sympli, including workspaces, documentation, and settlement scheduling.
  • Coordinate stamping, lodgement, registration, and final file archiving after settlement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Australian conveyancing experience.
  • Previous experience supporting NSW residential conveyancing transactions is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Australian conveyancing processes and NSW conveyancing practice and procedures.
  • Proficient in PEXA with hands-on experience essential.
  • Experience with LEAP or similar conveyancing practice management software.
  • Qualification in Law, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional, client-focused approach.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Australian-qualified practitioners under a clear supervisory framework.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and escalating issues.
  • Experience with Sympli for electronic conveyancing settlements is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NSW disclosure requirements, duties obligations, and land tax procedures is preferred.
  • Exposure to off-the-plan, deceased estates, retirement village transactions, subdivisions, and leasing matters is preferred.
  • Prior experience in an Australian law firm or conveyancing practice in a remote or offshore support capacity is preferred.
  • Experience across multiple Australian states is preferred, with NSW-specific onboarding provided where required.

Benefits

  • Salary of up to PHP 95,000 per month, depending on skills and work experience.
  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM AEST.
