Description

  • Prepare, structure, and lodge loan applications through ApplyOnline with accuracy and compliance.
  • Run initial serviceability assessments using Quickli and lender servicing calculators.
  • Review lender policies to identify potential credit issues early.
  • Issue client welcome packs and collect, review, and organize financial documents.
  • Maintain audit-ready client files and perform ongoing quality control.
  • Monitor pipeline status, submit pricing requests, order property valuations, and resolve outstanding lender conditions.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, BDMs, conveyancers, and solicitors throughout the loan process.
  • Coordinate pre-settlement and settlement logistics to ensure all requirements are met.
  • Manage the Principal Broker’s calendar, appointments, daily tasks, and CRM updates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of direct offshore Mortgage Broker Assistant experience supporting Australian mortgage brokers.
  • Advanced hands-on experience with myCRM, ApplyOnline (AOL), Quickli, lender servicing calculators, and major Australian lender portals.
  • Strong understanding of Australian mortgage lending criteria, lender policies, compliance guidelines, and supporting document requirements.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume pipeline without missing deadlines.
  • Full-time availability aligned with Australian working hours.
  • Experience handling client and external stakeholder communication directly.
