Description

  • Develop, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality and quality.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects and areas for improvement through the development lifecycle.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing across web applications and software products.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
  • Ensure that software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
  • Stay up to date with testing tools, techniques, and best practices and apply them to improve QA processes.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience as a QA Specialist, QA Engineer, or similar software testing role.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing processes and methodologies.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with programming/scripting languages for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of web technologies and web application architecture (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Bugzilla).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for documenting defects, test cases, and QA reports.
  • Availability for full-time remote work, Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
