Description

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, providing timely communication and support.
  • Understand client business objectives and workforce needs to deliver appropriate solutions.
  • Monitor account health, client satisfaction, engagement, and retention risks.
  • Resolve client concerns, escalations, and service issues promptly.
  • Identify upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct client check-ins, business reviews, and account performance discussions.
  • Coordinate with recruitment, operations, payroll, and compliance teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate client records, account updates, and activity reports in CRM systems.
  • Support client onboarding and transition accounts from sales to ongoing management.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in account management, client success, customer success, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience supporting Australian and/or New Zealand clients.
  • Experience managing B2B client relationships and multiple accounts.
  • Ability to manage client expectations, resolve escalations, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Experience with account retention, renewals, upselling, and account-growth initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience using CRM platforms and account management tools.
  • Experience in EOR, COR, global payroll, international workforce solutions, employment, contractor management, or workforce outsourcing.
  • Experience supporting clients across multiple countries or markets and/or managing enterprise or strategic accounts.

Benefits

  • PHP 60,000–PHP 80,000 monthly salary, depending on experience and skills.
  • Full-time, 100% remote work from anywhere in the Philippines.
  • Monday to Friday schedule, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM.
