Description

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies across the organization and for all departments and positions.
  • Lead and coach the internal talent acquisition team, setting example and direction for sourcing and engagement.
  • Identify, attract, and engage top-tier talent through job boards, social media, networking events, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and candidate selection through offer and onboarding.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and candidate profiles.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess technical and cultural fit, and coordinate interview processes with hiring teams.
  • Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to stakeholders and use analytics to track key performance indicators.
  • Promote Cynet brands as an employer of choice by developing compelling position descriptions, recruitment materials, social media posts, and participating in industry events.
  • Implement sourcing automation and leverage AI and third-party platforms for outreach and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies and legal requirements and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10+ years of overall work experience.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in Internal Talent Acquisition.
  • 3+ years of recent experience working in a staffing agency (required).
  • Proven experience hiring across levels from administrative roles to senior leadership (VP, BD, Sales Directors).
  • Thorough knowledge of multi-state employment-related laws and regulations.
  • Experience creating and implementing technology solutions in sourcing and recruitment, including use of automation and AI platforms.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information; proven ability to proactively identify, engage, and influence high-impact talent.
