Description

  • Manage live chat, email, phone, and client portal communications.
  • Assess customer needs and provide timely, accurate support.
  • Handle inquiries from new leads and existing clients.
  • Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with internal departments on inquiries requiring further investigation.
  • Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks to confirm resolution and satisfaction.
  • Work independently and collaboratively while following company procedures and policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or client service.
  • Forex trading or financial markets experience is strongly preferred.
  • Native-level spoken and written English and Portuguese.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong telephone communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Availability for rotating morning, afternoon, and future night shifts.
