Description

  • Manage company chats, emails, and phone calls from new leads and existing clients.
  • Identify customer needs and work to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Receive, track, and respond to inquiries through phone calls, chat, email, and the portal.
  • Provide support to leads and clients within specified timeframes.
  • Update the CRM and maintain accurate records of communications and actions taken.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues that require further investigation.
  • Send internal tasks and follow up on client cases as needed.
  • Schedule call-backs to ensure timely resolution and strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience.
  • Experience or background in Forex and financial markets is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Portuguese language skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to follow standard processes and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
