Description

  • Support the successful and cost-effective execution of local projects under the supervision of the Community & Operations Manager.
  • Enhance the local evaluator database and retain active evaluators.
  • Handle evaluator acquisition for forecasted missions in operating areas.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and execution of fieldwork projects according to company standards.
  • Verify that field surveys are submitted on time and meet quality and quantity standards.
  • Conduct survey screening and validation.
  • Set appropriate pay rates for evaluations while meeting operation margin targets.
  • Optimize evaluator database records and keep data updated.
  • Maintain healthy relationships with evaluators.
  • Coordinate with the finance team to provide evaluator payment details so payments are made on time.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or a relevant field.
  • 1-2 years of proven retail/project coordination experience and/or client servicing experience.
  • Native-level Japanese proficiency.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Social media and tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office skills required and other software knowledge appreciated.
  • Interest or experience in social media outreach and community management.
  • Strong organizing skills with the ability to coordinate project activities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage time well, and handle time-sensitive issues.
  • Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving.
  • Ability to work as part of a team, under pressure, and manage stress.
  • Passionate, positive, outgoing, and customer-service oriented personality.
