Description

  • Recruit, train, and certify active Evaluators from the internal database for specific projects.
  • Manage the timely assignment and execution of missions according to company standards, client requirements, and project deadlines.
  • Coordinate project status updates with the Operations Manager or Operations Team Lead.
  • Handle fieldwork, pilots, and other mission execution activities within the designated area.
  • Work closely with global teams in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
  • Support the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of local projects.
  • Communicate with evaluators by email and phone as part of recruitment and coordination efforts.

Requirements

  • Strong interest and experience in project coordination and community management.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office skills required.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
  • Positive, outgoing personality.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks with self-motivation.
  • Strong time management and planning/scheduling skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
  • Fluency in Korean required; good command of English is appreciated.
  • Knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
