Description

  • Support Private Client Account Managers and Producers with new business opportunities and existing client needs.
  • Collaborate with the Private Client team to prepare proposals, account reviews, executive reviews, and schedules of insurance.
  • Assist with billing inquiries, basic carrier endorsements, and contract review questions.
  • Maintain accurate client records and updates in the agency management system.
  • Process new business applications by reviewing, collecting documents, and entering information into the system.
  • Support the underwriting process by gathering information, preparing applications for submission, and ensuring required documentation is included.
  • Develop working knowledge of carrier websites to obtain accurate, timely information for clients.
  • Document communications with clients and carriers promptly and keep records current.
  • Manage daily carrier download and communication logs, invoicing, monthly expirations, cancellations, reinstatements, and non-pays.
  • Enter and set up prospects in the management system and run MVR and CLUE reports.

Requirements

  • Remote role; candidate must have California residence, preferably near Pasadena, CA or San Ramon, CA.
  • This is a non-exempt position.
  • Ability to work independently, take direction, seek guidance when needed, and demonstrate urgency when required.
  • Strong client advocacy, communication, teamwork, and ownership mindset.
  • Willingness to learn insurance knowledge through training and education.
  • Experience supporting account managers, producers, or client service teams in an insurance environment is preferred.
  • Ability to use agency management systems and carrier websites to manage client information and service requests.
  • Ability to handle data entry, documentation, and multiple operational tasks accurately.
  • Experience with billing inquiries, endorsements, contract review, or underwriting support is preferred.
  • Base pay range of $30.77 to $35.90 per hour, with pay determined by experience, skills, training, certifications, education, internal equity, and market data.
