Description

  • Act as the main point of contact for gig workers throughout their journey with NoGigiddy.
  • Provide timely guidance and support to gig workers by email, chat, and phone.
  • Proactively engage gig workers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with other functional teams to deliver a seamless worker experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and share regular updates and reports with management.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of customer success strategies and processes.
  • Identify and escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to improve the customer success experience.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer success, customer support, or a related role, preferably in the gig economy or staffing industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and give clear guidance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and find creative solutions.
  • Empathetic, customer-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help gig workers succeed.
  • Proficiency with customer support tools, CRM software, and other relevant platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to change and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the gig economy and desire to contribute to its growth and evolution.
