Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through both channels.
  • Visit stores, return purchases, buy products online, or make appointments as part of assigned missions.
  • Provide objective feedback about the customer experience through questionnaires.
  • Choose assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow all project objectives and special requirements provided by the luxury brand.
  • Use the mobile application to search for missions, apply for assignments, take certifications, and submit surveys.

Requirements

  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Ability to complete the general certification and profile verification process on the CXG platform.
