Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a combination of both channels.
  • Visit stores, make purchases, return items, or book appointments as part of assigned evaluations.
  • Provide objective feedback about each customer experience through a questionnaire.
  • Select assignments that match personal profile and interests.
  • Complete all questionnaires after each evaluation.
  • Follow project objectives and any special instructions provided by the luxury brand client.

Requirements

  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brands to preserve evaluation integrity and objectivity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must be willing to provide honest feedback as a real customer.
  • Must be able to register on the CXG platform and complete the general certification process.
