Description

  • Observe and document details across the complete customer journey.
  • Submit honest, professional feedback through structured questionnaires on the platform.
  • Complete missions, certifications, and insight submissions through CXG Live.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • Passion for automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • Enjoy interacting with people.
  • Keen eye for discreetly observing and noting aspects of the shopping experience.
  • Must own a car and have a valid driving license.
  • Ability to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases.
  • Prompt in completing online surveys.
  • Experience with premium or luxury automotive environments is implied as valuable.
  • Familiarity with luxury standards, service, and atmosphere is preferred.
