Description

  • Take newly built AI agents from working prototypes to production-ready systems by writing evals, hardening prompts and tool definitions, and refactoring code.
  • Instrument tracing, logging, and monitoring across the agent fleet to detect regressions and improve reliability.
  • Stand up and maintain deployment pipelines that deliver agents to users safely and consistently.
  • Own environment parity and release hygiene across the company’s Google Cloud Platform stack.
  • Manage how agents read from and write to databases safely and at scale.
  • Monitor agent behavior in production, triage issues, and ship ongoing improvements.
  • Partner closely with the GTM AI team to support scale and reliability while they continue building new agents.
  • Bring an outside point of view by identifying weak spots in the current system and proposing fixes.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering, platform/infrastructure engineering, or a similarly technical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Comfort working in the terminal daily with a GitHub PR-and-deploy workflow.
  • Cloud hosting experience with Kubernetes, VMs, or equivalent; Google Cloud experience strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with database administration and with agents interacting with and editing databases.
  • Familiarity with LLM application development, including prompt engineering, tool/function calling, evals, and modern agent frameworks.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively, review outputs critically, and direct them to QA their own work.
  • Scrappy enough to iterate quickly, with enough discipline to build consistency as systems scale.
  • A strong point of view and the willingness to challenge implementation choices and explain alternatives.
