Description

  • Partner with hiring stakeholders to define clinical requirements, licensure needs, hiring priorities, and timelines.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and healthcare associations.
  • Conduct targeted searches using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future clinical staffing needs.
  • Screen candidates for clinical qualifications, licensure, credentials, and role fit.
  • Share market insights on clinical talent availability, compensation trends, and licensing considerations.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches independently from sourcing through screening.
  • Support hiring for nurse practitioner and physician roles during a period of company growth.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in clinical or healthcare roles, specifically with Nurse Practitioners and/or Physicians.
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth startup environment, ideally digital health or telemedicine.
  • Strong understanding of clinical credentialing, multi-state licensure, and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to source for niche licensed healthcare roles.
  • Experience using AI within the recruiting process.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple concurrent searches.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills, including passive candidate outreach.
  • Experience with Lever or a comparable ATS.
  • Independent contractor (1099) engagement.
  • Ability to work remotely and consider candidates across the United States.
