Description

  • Support planning and execution of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and production readiness activities.
  • Develop test cases, test scripts, and validation scenarios from business requirements, process designs, controls, and expected system behavior.
  • Verify system configuration and functionality against approved functional and technical requirements.
  • Execute test scripts and document results for financial processes, workflows, calculations, reports, dashboards, and system interfaces.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, track, and retest defects through resolution.
  • Coordinate with developers, functional analysts, and stakeholders to investigate issues and validate corrective actions.
  • Validate test data quality, completeness, and suitability for business scenarios and reporting requirements.
  • Confirm end-to-end processing from source data through calculations, reconciliations, reporting outputs, and downstream integrations.
  • Maintain test evidence, execution logs, defect records, traceability documentation, and sign-off materials.
  • Support go-live, hypercare, and post-production validation to ensure operational stability.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in quality assurance, testing, validation, or system certification for enterprise applications.
  • Experience supporting OneStream, ERP, EPM, financial management, or enterprise business system implementations.
  • Strong understanding of test planning, script development, execution, defect management, regression testing, and sign-off processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements, process flows, controls, and reporting needs into structured test scenarios and validation procedures.
  • Experience validating end-to-end business processes, system calculations, interfaces, workflows, and reporting outputs.
  • Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment readiness reviews, and post-go-live stabilization efforts.
  • Creativity and adaptability in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with federal financial management, budgeting, accounting, reporting, or performance management systems (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM, TestRail, or similar testing tools (preferred).
  • Experience supporting agency certification, validation activities, and production readiness reviews (preferred).
  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid Agile, or waterfall implementation methodologies (preferred).
  • Past experience working with a Federal agency or the Department of War is a plus.
