Description

  • Build AI-native workflows for image, video, copy, resizing, QA, approvals, and deployment across portfolio brands.
  • Personally create and refine production-ready creative assets across channels where speed and quality are critical.
  • Establish prompt structures, model-selection logic, reference workflows, naming conventions, and QA standards.
  • Generate creative variants for testing across Meta, display, email, landing pages, and other growth surfaces.
  • Partner with performance marketing and growth teams on testing plans, measurement, and readouts.
  • Build segmentation-aware variant workflows tailored to different audiences while staying within legal, platform, and brand guardrails.
  • Push for photoreal, premium creative output and choose between AI-only, hybrid, or traditional workflows as needed.
  • Train internal teams on effective AI creative production and how to adopt the workflows in practice.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in creative production, performance creative, design systems, automation, or AI-enabled content workflows.
  • Demonstrated experience building real workflows rather than only experimenting casually with AI tools.
  • Strong creative taste and a high quality bar for imagery, motion, and brand execution.
  • Hands-on experience with generative image, video, and copy tools, including prompt design, iteration strategy, references, and QA.
  • Proven ability to create commercially usable work, not just technically interesting output.
  • Experience creating or supporting creative testing for paid media, ecommerce, or growth channels.
  • Ability to personally produce or direct photoreal creative output with minimal obvious AI artifacts.
  • Strong builder mentality with an ability to ship, refine, and prove systems in real operating environments.
  • Preferred: experience with Meta creative testing, paid social experimentation, or performance creative operations.
  • Preferred: experience building audience-specific variant systems for advertising or lifecycle marketing.
  • Preferred: experience in ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, home, fashion, or design-led consumer brands.
  • Preferred: familiarity with automation tooling, APIs, structured prompts, and workflow orchestration.
  • Preferred: experience teaching creative or marketing teams how to use AI systems in practice.
