Description

  • Help inform and execute the social growth strategy across brand channels.
  • Ensure content is locally resonant and operationally sound.
  • Develop strategic guidelines for each social media channel to maintain consistency in themes and audience targeting.
  • Create timely, trend-driven initiatives and viral posts that amplify products and community stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maintain a unified brand voice and consistent quality.
  • Define social goals, OKRs, and success metrics for the function.
  • Conduct data-driven post-mortems to improve performance and return on investment.
  • Manage multiple projects and support day-to-day social media operations.
  • Create, edit, and repurpose content for social channels.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Specialist, or in a similar role.
  • Deep understanding of the current AI tooling landscape and an AI-native mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management and posting tools.
  • Experience with content management, campaign management, video production, and photoshoots.
  • Ability to create, edit, and repurpose content.
  • Knowledge of design tools is a plus.
  • Interest in the financial services industry and staying current on news, trends, and key developments.
  • Excellent teamwork, organization, and the ability to stay calm under tight deadlines.
