Description

  • Lead and manage development of trading business systems and technical teams for equities and derivatives products.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of trading tools and products from requirements and architecture to production deployment and operation.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and improve software components across scalable applications, including backend infrastructure and integrations with frontend UI where needed.
  • Participate in requirement reviews, technical analysis, architecture design, and evaluation of technical solutions.
  • Contribute to system improvements, resolve technical challenges, and deliver key projects to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Propose and implement optimization suggestions for business processes and system workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with trading product teams to define and develop core business modules and trading workflows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend development (preferably with financial/trading systems domain knowledge).
  • Proven experience building high-performance, distributed systems and trading systems or trading tools/products for equities and derivatives.
  • Proficient in Go (Golang).
  • Strong knowledge of at least one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and modern backend technologies.
  • Experience with overall trading system architecture and various trading instruments and tools.
  • Familiarity with Event Sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
  • Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
  • Fluency in English (required); experience in both frontend and backend RESTful API implementation is a plus.
