Description

  • Lead end-to-end creative project management from ideation through execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Coordinate acquisition ads, CRM initiatives, and product launch projects.
  • Work with channel managers to define creative analysis processes and KPI adherence.
  • Collaborate with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align work with strategic goals.
  • Implement project tracking and reporting to improve team efficiency.
  • Manage external vendors and maintain clear communication with them.
  • Manage creative resources efficiently and act as a gatekeeper for project intake and priorities.
  • Maintain project documentation and organized file management.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management or related experience.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple creative campaigns to deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
  • Digital advertising expertise with in-depth knowledge of platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads is an advantage.
