Description

  • Own the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Manage pre-production and staging environments to support smooth releases.
  • Triage application alerts, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Lead post-incident follow-up to prevent recurring issues.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and improvements to monitoring tools and processes.
  • Build AI-powered tools and agents to automate repetitive support, triage, and reporting tasks.
  • Research supported blockchains and DApps to assess their impact on product supportability.
  • Translate complex application, blockchain, and DApp issues into clear updates for users and actionable details for engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI/LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills for bridging end users and engineering teams.
  • Ability to investigate root causes deeply and maintain a strong focus on system stability.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Programming knowledge in Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • Blockchain/Web3 experience with hands-on writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM (preferred).
  • Practical experience with staking across blockchains (preferred).
