Description

  • Set the venture's direction and lead its execution as Co-Founder & CEO.
  • Refine the ICP, pricing model, and product positioning.
  • Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert them into paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion.
  • Partner with the product and engineering team to ship the V1 product and iterate based on user feedback.
  • Lead the seed fundraising process with support from FutureSight's network and traction.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the founding team.
  • Establish the company's cultural foundation.
  • Work with the FutureSight cross-functional team as a true co-creation partner.

Requirements

  • Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement.
  • Fundraising fluency with the ability to develop investor narratives and close capital.
  • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Clear understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company.
  • Direct experience in ecommerce, such as operating a multi-channel business, selling software into the market, or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale.
  • Network within the ecommerce seller community, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners.
  • Willingness to apply with a resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief founder note.
  • Preferred: experience working across logistics, vertical AI, or early-stage capital markets.
