Description

  • Support workshops for process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis across current-state and future-state processes.
  • Advise customers on how to use ServiceNow to improve business processes.
  • Guide customers in producing technical documentation such as business requirement workbooks.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Support customers in reviewing and approving user stories and related deliverables.
  • Provide oversight and training to customer future system administrators throughout the engagement.
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery, including oversight and unit testing of partner development resources when needed.
  • Provide expertise on ServiceNow best practices, especially configuration versus customization.
  • Guide project teams on scripting, workflows, and integration best practices.
  • Prepare customer-facing technical deliverables and ensure the quality of configured and developed solutions.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and initiatives while maintaining a 75% billable utilization target.
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery and engagement materials.
  • Support sales activities when required.
  • Train and mentor other members of the Crossfuze Delivery team when requested.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
  • 4+ years of experience with common web technologies and networking, including XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with remote resources.
  • Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements.
  • Ability to organize work effectively across multiple projects.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and refine the project backlog so stories are well-defined and ready for development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Deep understanding of at least 4 ServiceNow product lines and their principles and best practices.
  • Must be located in Canada.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more application areas required.
