Description

  • Architect and oversee end-to-end NetSuite integration solutions using tools such as Boomi, Celigo, and SuiteScript.
  • Lead technical design sessions and integration strategy workshops with clients and internal teams.
  • Manage integration roadmaps and ensure alignment with client goals and system capabilities.
  • Drive innovation in integration approaches, including real-time and scheduled syncs across platforms such as Coupa, Salesforce, Avalara, and proprietary systems.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants and solution architects to deliver holistic ERP solutions.
  • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in compliance with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards policies.
  • Oversee client accounts, projects, and engagements, including work plans, staffing, timelines, fee negotiations, and budgets.
  • Lead business development and marketing efforts to generate new client opportunities.
  • Resolve project issues, mitigate risks, and address team conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Build and lead a high-performing integrations team, including mentoring junior developers and architects and establishing best practices for delivery.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in NetSuite ERP implementations and integrations.
  • Hands-on configuration and scripting experience within NetSuite, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0.
  • Deep understanding of NetSuite data structures, APIs, and integration bundles.
  • Experience with middleware platforms and cloud-based integration tools.
  • NetSuite certifications including SuiteFoundation, Administrator, and ERP Consultant are required.
  • Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects.
  • Strong familiarity with NetSuite modules and third-party integrations such as Coupa, Salesforce, and Avalara.
  • Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
  • Passion for mentoring and leading teams while efficiently implementing new ideas and initiatives.
