Description

  • Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between systems using iPaaS platforms such as Boomi, Celigo, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
  • Develop real-time and scheduled integrations for order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, billing, financials, and master data synchronization use cases.
  • Use public APIs, web services, and scripting to meet integration requirements.
  • Implement error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to improve integration reliability.
  • Partner with functional consultants, solution architects, and clients to translate business requirements into technical integration designs.
  • Participate in requirements gathering, solution design sessions, and technical discussions with internal teams and clients.
  • Create and maintain integration design documentation, data mappings, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Support unit testing, system testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-go-live issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues across development, test, and production environments.
  • Contribute to integration standards, templates, reusable components, and AI-enabled client solutions in line with firm policies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing system integrations using an iPaaS or middleware platform.
  • Experience integrating multiple systems and working with APIs, data structures, and common business processes.
  • Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, authentication methods, and data transformation concepts.
  • Experience working in implementation or consulting environments with multiple concurrent projects.
  • Comfort exploring and responsibly using firm-approved AI tools to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies, including AI and automation, in alignment with firm and client standards.
  • Preferred experience with NetSuite SuiteScript development (1.0 / 2.x).
  • Preferred experience with EDI, SFTP, or SQL.
  • Preferred experience integrating NetSuite with platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, Avalara, or other financial and operational systems.
