Description

  • Lead client delivery across data transformation, analytics, and private equity engagements.
  • Build innovative solutions using data for performance analytics and insights in M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and exit preparedness.
  • Use accounting and financial due diligence methods to reconcile transaction-level data and produce supportable, auditable performance metrics.
  • Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders and engage directly with senior decision-makers.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, visualization, benchmarking, and descriptive and predictive analyses.
  • Develop and implement firm-approved AI-enabled client solutions in line with data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards.
  • Lead high-performing teams and translate technical findings into clear recommendations for clients and internal deal teams.
  • Cultivate new client relationships, deepen existing relationships, and conduct interviews to identify current-state and future-state gaps.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members through feedback, performance reviews, and issue resolution.
  • Support automation, forecasting, thought leadership, and continuous improvement across the practice.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience combining financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
  • CA, CIMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • Certification in Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Power BI, or Tableau preferred.
  • Extensive experience with Alteryx, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Experience in SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail, and/or Professional Services industries.
  • Experience with analytics such as ARR cube and snowball, revenue/margin and price-volume, or cash collections waterfall.
  • Experience in functional areas such as supply chain, operations, and corporate finance.
  • Experience with business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
  • Transactions experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and assisting project teams with complex issues.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel based on client preferences.
  • Strong business acumen, critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Interest in consulting and experience in a fast-paced mergers and acquisitions environment.
  • Ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools and emerging automation technologies.
