Description

  • Advise stakeholders through Coupa selection, transformation, implementation, configuration, and go-live activities.
  • Own requirements gathering, solution design, process improvement, chart of accounts redesign, testing, and integration enablement for assigned workstreams.
  • Support supplier enablement and apply best practices across Coupa implementations.
  • Work across the Coupa suite, including Procurement, Payables, Expenses, and Asset Management.
  • Develop and implement firm-approved, AI-enabled client solutions in accordance with data protection and professional standards.
  • Identify compliant applications of emerging AI tools to improve client solutions and internal processes.
  • Mentor team members in career development, technical skills, and soft skills.
  • Contribute to recruiting, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to increase operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consulting or relevant industry experience.
  • Functional or technical implementation experience with at least one financial system solution, such as Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, or Ariba.
  • Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience designing and facilitating setup and configuration for one or more Coupa modules.
  • Experience with business process re-engineering, analysis, project management, workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical documentation.
  • Proficiency with data formatting and manipulation for export and import requirements.
  • Ability to create functional design documentation for sourcing, vendor management, procurement, accounts payable, contracting, and related areas.
  • Responsible use of firm-approved AI tools and openness to emerging technologies and automation.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and resolving complex project issues.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; Coupa certification preferred.
