Description

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the most complex initiatives across multiple teams.
  • Provide leadership for development initiatives and ensure successful program outcomes.
  • Identify risks, manage program schedules, and communicate status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Act as a change advocate by guiding multiple organizations through shifts in priorities and business needs.
  • Drive technical program management best practices and improve software development processes.
  • Use technical and domain knowledge to influence strategic direction across teams and the department.
  • Define and track metrics for quality and performance across complex multi-team projects.
  • Occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours to support global, time-zone-spanning work.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to shape the TPM function at Cribl.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of leadership experience on software teams as a Technical Program Manager or Development Manager.
  • Experience delivering complex projects or solutions across different groups within an organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to executives and engineers.
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and leadership to develop systems, solutions, and products.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks.
  • Experience with common software development tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of AI, including machine learning, model lifecycle, and data pipelines.

  • Salary range of $134,000 to $210,000, depending on geographic location and experience.
