Description

  • Define the product vision for how Salesforce, DealHub, Ironclad, Clari, and adjacent tools work together across the revenue lifecycle.
  • Guide the evolution of CPQ patterns so complex deal structures, ramps, and subscription changes remain easy to configure, price, and approve.
  • Strengthen data models, validation patterns, and integrations to support reliable ARR reporting, forecasting, and AI use cases.
  • Shape contracting and CLM workflows so contracts, questionnaires, and security artifacts connect cleanly back to quotes and opportunities.
  • Bring structure and clarity to a complex portfolio of revenue systems initiatives for stakeholders and leadership.
  • Design and evaluate AI experiments with clear hypotheses, guardrails, and success metrics.
  • Ensure large system changes are implemented with proper discovery, design, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare processes.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and engineering systems teams to translate revenue and risk needs into product direction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive product management experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct ownership of revenue, CPQ, or opportunity-to-order systems.
  • Hands-on experience with DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or similar tools in a Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.
  • Strong understanding of opportunity stages, quoting, approvals, discounting, renewals, and ARR or revenue modeling.
  • Demonstrated history of defining and shipping AI use cases in internal business workflows.
  • Comfort reasoning about integrated system data flows, field definitions, ARR logic, and integration design.
  • Proven ability to build strong cross-functional stakeholder relationships and align priorities.
  • Experience using data and metrics to measure product impact and guide investment decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively with engineering systems teams and write clear acceptance criteria.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce-centric integrations supporting opportunity, quote, and renewal flows.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Ironclad and CLM workflows that connect contracts back to Salesforce opportunities and quotes.
  • Preferred: Exposure to IT general controls (ITGC) requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience building or scaling agentic workflows or AI-assisted automations for revenue, sales, or legal teams.
  • Preferred: Comfort working in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
  • Preferred: A sense of humor and a love for goats.
