Description

  • Surface and analyze customer business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into architectural designs and influence deployment of key infrastructure components.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and support all facets of an Office 365 tenant.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of target workloads.
  • Maintain awareness of existing and emerging Office 365 and related core technologies.
  • Evaluate new Office 365 technologies and recommend options that benefit customers.
  • Resolve escalated tier 3 and tier 4 Microsoft 365 break/fix issues.
  • Perform security analysis and configuration using Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel.
  • Collaborate with clients as a trusted partner, advisor, and co-worker on long-term managed services engagements.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.
  • Subject matter expertise across the Office 365 stack, including OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Forms, Office Suite, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Entra, Sentinel, Defender, and Intune.
  • Subject matter expertise in Azure technologies including Entra ID, Intune, Cloud App Security, Conditional Access, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Strong experience with Intune endpoint and device management, including Configuration Policies, Compliance Policies, and Platform Scripts.
  • Hands-on experience as a security analyst or administrator is highly desirable.
  • Ability to handle security escalations through completion in Defender and Sentinel.
  • Comfort creating custom KQL queries and searches.
  • Knowledge of MITRE or similar security frameworks is a plus.
  • Microsoft or technical certifications related to the M365 stack are preferred.
  • US citizenship and ability to clear a federal background investigation of up to 10 years are required.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $120,000 to $210,000.
  • Compensation is influenced by experience, clearance level, industry background, education, and training.
