Description

  • Serve as the technical face of Cribl for strategic partners in the assigned region.
  • Enable partner presales teams and consultants to run discoveries, proof-of-values, and deployments independently.
  • Own and run presales engagements within the commercial territory.
  • Develop and lead partner-facing enablement programs and technical communities.
  • Collaborate with Cribl sales, partner managers, and distributors to create repeatable partner go-to-market patterns.
  • Train and coach partners on value pillars, use cases, and business cases.
  • Provide architecture expertise and technical authority throughout sales engagements.
  • Drive adoption of Cribl University tracks, NFR environments, and online resources.
  • Support deal confidence and sales velocity by aligning Cribl and partner sales activities.
  • Represent Cribl in the partner community through events, webinars, and user groups as needed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Professional Services, or Consulting with cloud and SaaS technologies.
  • Experience working with channel partners, including partner engagement, enablement, and training.
  • Experience with logs, metrics, IT Operations, and/or Security, ideally in observability, SIEM, or data platform contexts.
  • Hands-on experience designing and delivering technical enablement such as trainings, bootcamps, workshops, or office hours.
  • Strong storytelling and presales skills with the ability to translate complex data architectures into simple, value-driven narratives.
  • Experience running high-impact discovery with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience with proof-of-value or proof-of-concept projects, including success criteria, evaluation plans, and executive summaries.
  • Experience with multiple operating systems; proficiency with Linux is desired.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript and Regex, or similar scripting and data-manipulation skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% to customers, partners, and event locations, including some international travel.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or another solution selling methodology is advantageous.
  • Cloud platform certifications are advantageous.
  • Must be based in the country or region where the role is posted.
