Description

  • Drive AI Agent deployments across the customer lifecycle from pre-sales through post-launch optimization.
  • Define AI roadmaps for customer executive teams using quantitative analysis, qualitative insights, and conversation discovery tools.
  • Iterate on prompt and context engineering to meet customer use cases and business outcomes.
  • Design and run evaluations and A/B tests for AI Agents with Forward-Deployed Engineers using Cresta’s agent builder and internal tools.
  • Improve playbooks for agent development and customer deployment.
  • Collaborate with senior Forward-Deployed Product Managers and Forward-Deployed Engineers to support AI Agent product development.
  • Work directly with strategic and Fortune 500 customers in a customer-facing role.
  • Translate ambiguity into execution in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in roles such as Product Management, Consulting, Implementations, Customer or Sales Engineering, Revenue or Sales Analysis, Investment Banking, or Founder experience.
  • Hands-on work style with curiosity and a bias for action.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and learning quickly in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Previous exposure to the travel and hospitality, healthcare, insurance, or financial services domains is a plus.
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Experience working closely with AI or LLM-first products is preferred.
  • Technical understanding, systems thinking, and exposure to building agents are a plus, including personal projects.
